Fuku

Move over Chick-Fli-A! There’s a new fried chicken sandwich game in town, and it’s Fuku. Another notch in Chef David Chang’s resturant belt, Fuku is an Asian twist on an American classic. The chicken sandwich is simple. A juicy piece of chicken, a warm potato bread roll, pickles, and Ssäm sauce. The sauce adds a little heat, but you don’t even need any sauce the chicken is so moist and flavorful. Definitely not the healthiest lunch around, but we all rejoice when it’s Fuku day.
