Brochures are a great way to promote your business, teach, and inform. However, the set-up can be a little finicky. Don worry though! We’re here to help! Below are some tips for setting up brochures that will ensure they print perfectly every time!

TIP 1:

You’re front panel needs to be slightly larger than the rest of the panels. This is so when the first panel is folded over, it covers what’s behind it. A good rule of thumb is to give the panel about a 1/4″ more space than the other panels.

TIP 2:

Make sure you give yourself enough of a border around your type and images in each panel. You don’t want your anything to end up landing in the folds! 1/4″ all the way around should be sufficient.

TIP 3:

Set it up the way you want it printed! Give us a high resolution PDF with high quality images. Make sure you first panel is the right-side panel when it’s unfolded.
